Here, where the fells cradle the water like ancient guardians, the mood can change in an instant. Sunlight dances with shadow, rain sweeps across the surface, and the fickle mists roll in to shroud the peaks in mystery. In this painting, I aim to convey the soul of Wastwater—the eternal, restless spirit of the landscape.
