The Etsy sync feature connects MockupStudio directly to my Etsy shop so I can turn finished mockups into complete, ready‑to‑publish Etsy listings with minimal manual work. Instead of copying and pasting details for every new artwork and variation, the app packages all the relevant product information and sends it to Etsy via the official API.

When I trigger a sync, the app takes everything I’ve already configured in MockupStudio — artwork details, titles and descriptions, tags/keywords, pricing, sizes, formats (e.g. rolled prints, framed prints, canvas), and the mockup images themselves — and uses that to either create new Etsy draft listings or update existing ones. Variations (such as size and style) are automatically structured in a way that matches Etsy’s variation system, so customers can choose from different options in a single product listing rather than you needing to create multiple separate listings.

Behind the scenes, the integration ensures that fields stay consistent and correctly formatted for Etsy. It standardises attributes like titles and tags, assigns the right images to the right variations, and keeps your product data in sync between MockupStudio and Etsy. This reduces the risk of typos, mismatched prices, or missing photos that often happen when listings are created manually.

This is valuable because it dramatically speeds up the process of getting new work online. I can batch‑create and sync multiple listings in one go, maintain consistent branding and product structure across your catalog, and spend far less time on repetitive admin. The result is a smoother workflow from artwork to storefront, helping me keep my Etsy shop fresh and up to date while I focus on creating rather than data entry.
