Made-to-Order Policy

All of our prints, canvases, and framed prints are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect, along with photos of the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
  3. Email your photos and order details to [your email address] for review.
  4. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
